All Double Red products are printed in a professional photographic laboratory using Fuji Crystal Archive Photographic Papers. We do not use inferior materials, printers or consumables. All frames and mounts are handmade to our individual specifications.

General Conditions of Sale

1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Orders can only be accepted from UK Mainland customers.

3. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.

4. By clicking the Pay Now button after selecting confirming your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

5. Should you wish to cancel your order we must receive an email no later than 12 hours after placing the order.  If a cancellation request is not received within this time scale, you are responsable for the full cost of the order.

Payment

1. Payment is accepted via Paypal by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, or Visa Debit, and must be received prior to delivery of goods.

2. All products remain the property of Double Red until payment has been received in full.

3. All prices include VAT, Double Red reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.

4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.

5. All transactions on the website are processed in UK pounds sterling.

Delivery

1. Claims for damage must be made to Double Red Ltd. on 01469 531416 within three days of receipt.

2. Claims for mis-shipping must be made to Double Red within 3 working days.

3. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made.

4. Normal delivery is by First Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Parcel Force which will include insurance, unless otherwise stated.

General

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
